What and How?

We made the workers - honest and brave men of GWP answer Facebook comments of half-bathed, soapy, thirsty people who were annoyed by the water constantly cutting off. Workers apologized to the civilians individually via videos recorded right from the actual working sites. They sincerely reassured and gave annoyed civilians full information about the errors/damages occurring while fixing their water supply. As a result, GWP got flooded with positive comments and encouragement.

Brief: Create a viral campaign that raises awareness about plumbing inconveniences that occur during the renovation of the water pipes throughout Tbilisi. Make a good example of crisis communication, because residents of Tbilisi are not very pleased by what’s happening.
