What and How?
We created a web platform where people from all over Georgia could sign up and become Secret Santa of the people they didn’t know. This project was ongoing for 3 Christmases in a row. In the last one, we also added a website chatbot Rudi - Santa’s #1 reindeer that guided users through a registration process, reassured them whenever it took time, told jokes, and made people do fun quizzes. It also helped people in choosing gifts, gave many hints, and overall made the user experience more interactive, interesting, and unforgettable.
Sure, some Santa’s never got any presents, but Rudi saved their holiday spirits!
Brief: Make a really, really Christ-MASS campaign that will remind the whole nation about the joy of giving.
